This 67-year-old man with skin cancer of the nose underwent Mohs excision resulting in a defect on the right nose. He underwent 2 stage reconstruction with cheek skin.

Surgeon: Jessica Wang, MD
Procedure: 2 stage reconstruction with cheek flap (stages performed 3 weeks apart)
Anesthesia: wide awake with local anesthesia
Duration: 1 hour
Result: 3 months after surgery
