This 38 year old woman was unhappy about her breast size and shape, as well as the fullness and laxity of her abdomen, after pregnancy and breastfeeding. A mommy makeover was performed, consisting of a vertical short scar breast lift, a full abdominoplasty, as well as liposuction of the mid-back area for back contouring. A PECS block and a TAP block were placed intraoperatively under ultrasound guidance to help manage post-operative pain to great success. She did beautifully and is seen here before and 5 months after surgery.
