This lovely 38 year old with a previous C section had significant weight loss after pregnancy. She lost over 60 pounds which left her with some hanging skin in her abdomen as well as a loss of shape of her breasts. In our in-office surgical suite, under sedation with ultrasound guided blocks for regional anesthesia, a minimal reduction breast lift was performed with a vertical pattern, as well as a full abdominoplasty with liposuction. She is seen here about 6 months out from surgery. She is thrilled with her rejuvenated abdomen and breasts.
