This lovely 28 year old young woman was interested in both a breast reduction and abdominal contouring. She had never been pregnant before and although she had no immediate plans for pregnancy she did not want an abdominoplasty. We elected for a breast reduction with a Wise pattern (anchor) performed here at our surgical center under sedation with a PECs block as well. SAFE Liposuction to her abdomen was performed as she did not want a formal tummy tuck. About 400 grams of tissue was removed from each breast, and about 1300cc of lipoaspirate was removed from her abdomen. She is seen here 4 months after surgery doing quite well and very pleased with her results.
