This 30 year old young woman had a mommy makeover with breast lift and full abdominoplasty. A PECS block and TAP block were used to help with anesthesia and to help minimize postoperative pain.

During surgery, over 2.5 liters of lipoaspirate and over 5 lbs of abdominal tissue were removed. The patient is shown before and 6 months after surgery.
