Breast Augmentation

This 33-year-old female sought the help of Dr. Chang for achieving larger breasts. She thought her breasts were too small, and she wanted a voluptuous, curvy appearance. After researching breast augmentation in the Baltimore area, she made an appointment with Dr. Chang.

Her initial consultation was very thorough and provided her with all the information she needed to make an educated decision. Dr. Chang explained the benefits and drawbacks of saline and silicone implants and suggested choosing an implant size that appeared natural, not overdone. With his help, she decided on 260 cc saline implants. She couldn’t wait to get started and made her appointment for surgery.

This approach is complex but provides for good symmetry and a natural look. As her results show, the surgery was a success and her breasts appear very full and natural.
