This lovely 32 year old woman wore an A cup bra. She is very athletic and wanted to increase her cup size modestly. A 335cc Motiva implant was placed on each side through an incision in the inframammary fold in a subfascial plane. Surgery was done in our in suite surgical center under IV sedation and a PECs block. She has done beautifully from surgery and is seen here about 6 months after her surgery.
