This lovely 44 year old woman had previous 400cc breast implants. She was unhappy about the size and wanted to downsize as well as lifting her breasts, which had over time descended from the implants, causing a “waterfall” pattern deformity.

To remedy this, the implants were removed and replaced in a subfascial plane. 295cc Motiva implants were used in this case. A vertical breast lift was performed to re-lift the breast volume back on to the breasts. A full abdominoplasty was performed as well.

She is seen here 4 months after her surgery.
