This case shows a 52-year-old woman with gene mutation who desired bilateral risk reducing mastectomies and reconstruction using her own tissues. She underwent bilateral mastectomies with DIEP flap reconstruction using her abdominal tissue. To complete her reconstruction, she underwent 3D nipple tattooing.
