This 27-year-old woman had very large breasts that were causing discomfort and made her feel extremely self-conscious. She decided to take the positive step of finding a plastic surgeon in Baltimore who could help her increase her comfort and feel good about the appearance of her breasts.

During surgery, Dr. Chang removed 1830 grams of tissue from the right breast and 1680 grams of tissue from the left breast. The difference was due to the fact that Dr. Chang wanted to create better symmetry between the breasts after surgery, in addition to improving size, shape and position.

Her “after” pictures were taken during her follow-up visit 3 months following her breast reduction surgery in Columbia, Maryland. The follow-up visit is an opportunity for Dr. Chang to ensure each patient has achieved excellent results and answer any questions about what to expect going forward.
