This 51 year old woman was active and maintained a steady weight. She had multiple pregnancies which led to stretch marks in her abdomen and overly large, uncomfortable breasts. Under IV sedation at our in-house surgical suite, both a PECS block and TAP block were performed with Exparel, allowing for post-operative comfort for several days after surgery. A mommy makeover with breast reduction and full abdominoplasty was performed. She is shown before and 6 months after her surgery. She is quite pleased with her results.
