Ear Surgery (Otoplasty) Case # 5509

This beautiful 28 year old young lady was self-conscious about the protrusion of her ears. An otoplasty was performed bilaterally under local anesthetic with some oral sedation. She did beautifully and is seen here about one month after surgery. Her conchal bowl was reduced, and her antihelical fold was accentuated to help accomplish these changes.
