This 75-year-old man with skin cancer of the right ear underwent Mohs excision resulting in a defect through the cartilage on the right central ear. He underwent reconstruction with skin from the back of the ear.

Procedure: single stage reconstruction with local flap
Anesthesia: twilight sedation
Duration: 1 hour
Result: 3 months after surgery
