Mohs Reconstruction Case # 6035

This 85-year-old woman with skin cancer of the nose underwent Mohs resulting in a large defect of her lower nose. She underwent staged reconstruction with a forehead flap to resurface her nasal tip and nostril rim.

Anesthesia: sedation

Duration:  1.5 hours

Result: 3 months after surgery
