This 55 year old woman who was unhappy about the premature aging of the neck. Some of this was due to on and off weight loss/weight gain and the use of GLP-1 medications.  A SMAS/Platysmal lift was performed in our in-office suite under IV sedation, allowing for a quick recovery from surgery.  Here she is 6 mo after her necklift.
