This 40 year old woman wanted to fill her deflated breasts and was wondering whether a lift might be necessary to reposition her breasts. With a subfascial breast augmentation through an inframammary fold incision, a 325cc implant was placed on the left, and a 350cc implant was placed on the right to help to balance her breast volume. Without the need for a lift, we were able to volumize her breasts, give her a pleasant shape, and achieve her aesthetic goals. She is shown before surgery and 6 weeks after.
