Breast Implant Revision Case # 5609

This lovely 52 year old woman had a previous breast implant and lift performed over 10 years ago. She had a history of significant weight loss, losing over 100 pounds. She did gain some of this back and lost it recently with the assistance of GLP-1’s. Under IV sedation at our surgical center, with the use of ultrasound guided regional PECs blocks, a brachioplasty, implant removal, and breast lift was performed. She is seen here 6 months after surgery. She has healed beautifully and is very happy with her end results.
